How much will the sun and wind come into play since it's going to be east-west? There are only a few that run east-west.

This is why life is good right now as a gopher and cyclone fan

Also here's a webcam of them building the stadium.

I really hope we get a home-and-home schedule with Minnesota so I have a good excuse to go up and see that place!

If all it takes is a stadium video... I would think Oklahoma State would have been reeling them in this year. While TCF is nice, it really doesn't compare to what they're building in stillwater.

That stadium is 10X nicer than the Vikings have!

Was mostly done so that fans inside the stadium can have a view of downtown MPLS. The only problem will be during sunset when the exposed west side of the stadium is facing the sun.

Wow, looks like they even created space for their marching band to have rehearsals in. That would never happen at ISU.

That stadium is going to be quite the price eh? But, I can see from their standpoint of paying the Minnesota Vikings to have their games there, maybe they do maybe they don't, even if they don't, they are missing out on hundres of thousands of dollars on concession sales and tickets! Also, i don't know if they practice there, or if they have somewhere on campus, but that's gotta be a hassle also to work around the vikings practice and such.

First the Big House gets a makeover and now this. Makes the Kinnick remodel look like a weekend project.

I still think its funny that its only 50,000 seats. That would make them the 10th smallest stadium in the Conference with Northwestern pretty much tied with them. You would think there would be enough people in the Metro area alone to fill that on a saturday. It was very nice though. Okie state's will be a ton better still, but I would love to call that jack Trice statium. I feel like each year we just keep getting farther and and farther away from the pack.
