Memphis-UAB fracas

Check out this photo from the aftermath of the Memphis-UAB game. The looks on the faces, the middle fingers out, stuff flying through the air, the misspelled sign, and the best part is Larry the Cable Guy getting slapped by the Tiger player in the bottom right.

lots of classy people there - open the full size image, then click once to zoom in and scroll around the picture. It's amazing all of the people, and how they act.

Man, that's some red-neck looking folks.

I watched the game and I thought UAB got a few bad calls - particularly the traveling. But Memphis did hit some clutch treys.

I hope Tennessee kills Memphis. Won't happen, but I can still hope.

It was pretty bad when Pierre Pierce came to ISU as well. I was uncomfortable around the stuff going on around me.

UAB was up 7 with about a minute left and ended up losing on a basket and a foul at the last second. The Memphis players got into it with the crowd after that. People threw a bunch of stuff at them as some tried to leave the court and coaches had to restrain players from trying to go into the crowd. One Memphis player slapped the guy in this picture.

1 cop + 2000 some odd fans all ready to jump = would you have the weebles to do anything? I doubt it. Call for back up and pray the other team gets their ghetto self off the court fast!

Yeah - our crowd was very slanderous, but we never threw stuff at the team, and acted like that. I'd have reacted the same was as the memphis players were, especially since who knows what someone could throw.
