Which isn't surprising. The Big12 has had the tougher road in this tourney and is winning and has not had one 'upset' this entire tourney. Carry on.

I agree that the Big 12 has a better top of the conference (Texas and KU is a better duo than UW and Purdue), but the rest of the conference is very comparable to the Big 10. But, I'm glad overall that the Big East has been knocked out.

Top to bottom, the Big12 is better this year. and maybe the last 2 years too... but I don't have time to look it up.

-keep. It's not like I'm picking the top two teams of the Big Ten and comparing them against the bottom two of the Big 12. Like I said, the top two of each conference would definitely be in favor of the Big 12. While UW beat Texas, that was early in the year, and Texas was the better team to end the season.
However, 3rd-11th, there are a lot of similarities.
KSU, Oklahoma, Okie State, Texas AM, Nebraska, Iowa State, Texas Tech, Baylor, Missouri
Michigan State, Ohio State, Indiana, Penn State, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, and Michigan
I think you match those teams up according to their placings in conference play, and you'll get very equal results. Obviously, this is discussion only, but I think those teams would match up very well against each other.

and
Big 12 1st-2nd >> Big 10 1st-2nd.
Then
Big 12 >> Big 10.
It's science.

So true so true.
The bottom 5 in the Big 10 was pathetic, like NAIA bad. You cant say that about the Big 12.

IMO, once you get past MSU the bottom 7 of the Big10 are comparable to the the teams below Okie State or the bottom 6 of the Big12.
The Big 12 is 3-4 teams better (4th can be debated) this year and last year than the Big10.

It's science. LOL, science. I agree though, the Big 12 was the better conference. I'm comparing the bottom 8, basically because, I'm in Biology and don't want to take notes. Originally Posted by ajk4st8 So true so true.

Of course, ISU beat Purdue and Iowa, so that equals it out a bit more.

-keep. 3 I could see an argument for, I don't know if I'd give a 4th automatically to the Big 12.
Last year there is no doubt. With TAMU, Kansas, Texas, and even KSU, there was a big gap. This year, not as big of a gap.

This year as well as in most years the Big 10 has a true cellar dweller. Someone that you can a breather against and expect to get a W against even on the road. This year there were actually 2 teams until Mich got it's act together during the last month of the season.
The bottom of the Big XII at least makes you earn a win on their home court. Colorado even won a game in the conference tournament against a team going to the dance.
