Anybody else hate wisconsin basketball recruiting?

Wisconsin can't possibly sign all of those players listed above. Do they get 20 scholarships or something? All a team really needs is 8 or 9 guys who can play: a go-to guard, a go-to big guy and a surrounding cast that can rebound and shoot 3s...is that too much to ask?

Their team reminds me a lot of our womens team. They are usually really good, but missing the key ingredient to win it all. Seems like they have more big goofy shaved head white dudes on the sqaud than a nazi camp. Pretty soon Bo's starting line will be

We have won a few battles against them. The last one was Marsden. Unfortunately Ross decided he wanted to spend more time studying than playing ball. What was he thinking????

Bo Ryan is certainly a good coach. He tore up DIII at Platteville. But Dick Bennett is really the guy that made this program into a winner. They were basically pathetic before he arrived and he turned it around and actually got them to the Final Four in his last full season. Ryan has done a great job of keeping that going. However, with his approach and system I really don't see them being able to do more than win a game or two in the tournament (I know they did go to the Elite 8 once under him)...they are not legitimate national title contenders and probably won't be in my opinion.

Don't forget Wisky was a major player in the Grant Gibbs battle before he decided to head west. Also, Jason Bohannon has a little brother that plays for Linn-Mar that is pretty good. I think that he's only a sophomore, though, so expect to hear more about him in the future.
