First time (Ames): Little Taipai
Second Time (Arlington): Nuthouse Bar & Grill
Currently (College Station): Freebirds World Burrito

In Ames, there was a cheap pizza place on Lincoln Way that closed down. I think Home Team moved in there. Started with a "P" I think. IIRC, $5 pizzas, which were only a short walk away from Friley. Family owned I'm pretty sure. Old guy always working there making the pizzas. This would have been around '91 and '92. Anybody remember the name of that place?

Speaking of Home Team, I loved that place. Most people liked it because it was cheap and great for after drinking. I loved just eating it more then other places like Pizza Hut or Papa Johns.

People's for FAC on Fridays. They had 1/2 price appetizers which meant I got a whole sampler for $5. Ama-za-zing

Hickory Park
Cy's Roost, of all the places I've lived, including Des Moines, Iowa City, Quad Cities, and a host of small towns in-between, Cy's is my favorite bar and memories of ISU.
Pizza Pit
FAC at Peoples was great too.

The "Y"

I was too broke to eat out. Ramen noodles and mac-n-cheese with tuna for a little protein.

I loved Home Team because the Manager would always deliver to us and take a beer as his tip. That was great.
