If you decide to make your own then skip the plywood. It doesn't slide like it is supposed to.
The plywood slides great if you put a few coats of liquid glass on it...

Did you put the logos on and then a protective coating (polyurethane) over them? Or did you just apply the logos over the sealant? If the latter, do you think the logos will wear over time?
I put on the decals and then sealed over them to prevent wear and peeling. Instead of polyurethane, I used Minwax Polycrylic. Supposedly, it won't Yellow like polyurethane does.

The graphics are really thin and since I put a few coats of Polycrylic over top of them, it is hardly noticable to the touch.

Re: Cornhole/Bean Bag Toss Games

I bought my set from Dunham's website. They are the Baggo brand that are plastic and attach to each other making them light weight and easy to transport. I found a 25% coupon for their website so ended up paying around $70. If you go to Baggo's website you can order a board with a bunch of different graphics...think you can personalize it as well as they are decals.

I am so jealous.

I would love one of these, however what I would want to do is install an open hinge and latch so that you could put the two pieces together and store other tailgating gear inside. Even though I have a truck for tailgating, storage space is at a premium and must be fully utilized.
