Baseball Returns to Univ. of Oregon (With Nike Uniforms)
Looks like Baseball is making a return to the University of Oregon. Like the Football team, the Baseball team now as a million different uniform combinations they can wear.

Those are pretty cool except the one with the big O on it. That one just looks ugly

The 8,000 combinations of jersey's works in football, but they just don't really work for baseball.

Can someone explain to me what young players' fascination with the flat bill on the cap is? The first time I saw it was Anthony Reyes pitching for the St. Louis Cardinals. He said in an interview that he ironed it flat before every game. Now it seems as though every high school, college and some MLB players are wearing the caps with the flat bill. What's the point? Is this the latest fashion statement in baseball? I think it looks stupid, personally.

Back to Oregon, I definitely would not want to be caught wearing the O uniform...cept maybe for halloween.

It started in California with the Pepperdine and CS-Fullerton teams that all wore Oakleys and progressed from there...

I just moved to Oregon to go to UO and the return of baseball is big news around here. they have sold out season tickets and play fresno state (2008 national champs) for there home opener. there also building a brand new stadiun right now named after Phil Knight Nike founder. Man I wish ISU had some Nike Ties.
As for the Uni's I thought they could be better but at least theres no metal diamonds like the fball uni's. the pinstripes btw are actualy the schools fight song in reli tiny print
