But then again, I actually dislike the Ash hiring. I mean, who wants a coach that not only recruited, but helped mold some NFL-caliber players?

gotta love this hire. our secondary under him was always a bunch of ball hawks, tons of picks. and we know there is talent at corner for us.. safties need some work, but banks could move over and play saftey with james smith.... with Ash coaching it could be a good bunch with Bell, LJ, Benton and crew

i still remember the night during football camp up there the summer before my sophomore year of high school, when he yelled at our whole floor for having a water fight, and about made us go run striders at like 1am. Arnaud (senior in HS) also happend to break my finger at that camp as well.

I really don't think people understand the magnitude of this hire. I will put money on it that he climbs the coaching ladder very quickly and is a head coach somewhere before it is all said and done.
