Need Help: Hoops Player Intro Music

On Saturday for the first time, we are going to shut off the lights and have a spotlight for our starting line-ups for player intros. We are also going to play a song in the background, as a way of hoping to get our crowd more into the game.

So I'm turning to my fellow CFers to help figure out what song to play? Obviously we have Thunderstruck and songs like that, but I thought I'd see if you had any other good ideas.

Dangit, you got me excited to think we were doing this at Hilton! I think we'd have to have new lights installed to do this as our current ones take several minutes to warm up when they are turned on.

Did any of you see this a few weeks ago for the Wake Forrest/ Duke game. Pretty sweet. The multiple spot lights really make it work, I love the Harley sound, but not the actual bike on the court.

You should've specified that up front... got me all excited for nothing. I thought the lights would go off at Hilton and Cy would rappel down from the scoreboard.

I got to see a game at the United Center during the 72-10 season and I was so pumped up when I got to see this in person.

Anyone know what that first song is they played? The only people that know about this are myself, the PA Announcer and the head coaches. Planning it as a surprise for the athletes and crowd.

We'd just have to put motorized covers over each light...
