For me, I am impressed with Anthony Grant (VCU), Fran McCaffrey (Siena), Herb Sendek (Arizona St), and John Bielein (Michigan). I know talent is important but good coaching does make a difference.

I forget the man's name at Western Kentucky, but he does a nice job.
Tim Floyd.
There is no doubt that John Beilein is an amazing coach. Manny Harris and Sims are good, but Michigan has played way above where most thought they would.
I figured Beilein could do it in a couple more years. They are a very dangerous team up there.
If Floyd had his team together all year, how much better would they look right now? I'm pretty sure they'd be better. I'm just curious how much better y'all think they'd be.
Tim Floyd, John Belien, Bo Ryan are three very good coaches. Also, I think Travis Ford is a very good coach for it being early in his career.
Coach who does not impress me at all is Bruce Pearl.
Coach GMAC :jimlad:
I would second on Floyd. They are the only team in the tourney that I'm routing for.
If we gave him Johnny Orr type money, does anyone think he would come back?
Tim Floyd and Mike Anderson. I think Mizzou is a tough matchup for a lot of teams, and Floyd always gets the most out of what he has. I think if he had stayed at ISU, we would have won a NC by now, he is that good.
