Though seeing the streets surrounding Knapp thay would be hard to do. Clear a couple of student lots like we do for football.

The confusing thing about the Will Call was the easist sign to see said Player/Coach/ & Will Call. So you think it is all three..... There were many that stood in line there only to find out they needed to go to the "other" Will call line.

Several of us had to leave that one once I got to the front, because we all made the same mistake.

I would be concerned if we didn't
I liked my nachos too. They were not broken up and had a good amount of cheese -

I'm Not sure if I understand this. Drake was selling tickets for seats who belonged to season ticket holders?

The couple in front of me had tickets purchased FOR them by Drake season ticket holders. The tickets they received were General admission for reserved seat sections.
So they pretty much had to go hunting for open seats. Then when a reserved seat holder would show up, they'd have to move and go looking again.
The problem was GA seats and reserved seats in the same sections.

Re: Drake athletics - Mickey Mouse operation
I was at the Drake game 4 years ago and swore I wouldn't go back. Almost did this year but the $28 ticket price held me back. We sat in the balcony in the first couple rows and had to look around a railing I believe and people constantly walking in front of us. Parking was terrible too.
DM, I'd email the Sandy Hatfield-Club about it. Maybe she won't care because you are a Cyclone fan, but my guess is she will.

Re: Drake athletics - Mickey Mouse operation
If you want to talk about Mickey Mouse operations the PA system at Hilton tops the list. My season tickets are in the north east balcony and you might as well not have the mike on most of the time.

I already voiced my displeasure about my own experience with the online system and will call situation.
What made it evern more frustrating is that Drake used to utilize TicketReturn.com for their ticketing - which I think is bar-none, the best ticketing system for smaller venues. I really wish that ISU would've used it for Hilton and found their way to setting up the Jack, instead of freaking Ticketmaster. It's the system the ICubs utilize and rocks.
Not sure where they got the abomination they now have. Probably a staffer's kid's class project.... -

But I've been sitting on the floor for the volleyball matches and often have a hard time making out the sound. Not sure if that's always that way or not. Between that and the Jack, it's pretty clear JP needs to can the sound system/contractors/whomever.
But that's a Mickey Mouse "system", not operation. -
Re: Drake athletics - Mickey Mouse operation
The sound system problem at Hilton seems to be new this year. I know that one of our neighbors in 216 goes to bring it up every game right now, and he's never brought it up before (at least in the previous 2 seasons).
