I have complained/questioned in the past and he responded right away.

I've e-mailed him a couple times and both times received a prompt and extensive response. I also have talked to people that have had a good back and forth with him about complaints and he responded very thoroughly to the complaints.

I'm always impressed by both the quick turn around as well as the amount of thought he puts into his responses. You'll get an e-mail back quickly.

There was a thread here last week about exterior appearance at Hilton. I took some photos and emailed Jamie day before Thanksgiving at 8:30am. By 9:15 I had a response from him and he said he would pass it along to the facilities dept. By 4:00 I had an email from that guy saying Jamie forwarded him my email.
You can't get any better than that, especially on Turkey Day Eve.
