Let the Tebow love continue unimpeded. I'll stop commenting on this thread as clearly I seem to be in the minority in regard to public opinion of him and that means I must be jealous.

If Tebow does stumble down the road, the media coverage and criticism will be a million times worse than Tiger's situation. Tiger had a clean cut image, but that is not the same as going to the Phillipines to volunteer, or go into prisons to give motivational speeches imo anyways. Let's hope that day never comes.

There is a middle ground between treating someone like **** and treating them like the 2nd coming of ******. I'm just saying that after 3 years, they could find other college athletes who are good people and discuss them as well. Remember when the ISU football team went to help Parkersburg clean up after the tornado? Not a word nationally. If it was Tebow there would be an ESPN special about it. That's my only point, NOTHING AGAINST TEBOW. He's clearly a GREAT person, but there are others out there too.

That's a very good question. I've never seen this from him at all. Sure, he's a confident young man (with pretty special abilities, so why wouldn't he be?), and he seems to really enjoy himself, but that's consistent with his worldview. He should be able to be joyful.
