Does Coach Mac get the Florida Job?

Coach Mac getting the keys to run the Florida Gators football team? Probably not nationally a big enough name, but I think he would do a great job there.

Hey, it seemed to be a good idea for Auburn to hire an ISU coach with an overall poor record. So why not McCarney?

I would think there would have been a chance for Mac to coach the Sugar Bowl if Meyer was stepping down now but it looks like Meyer will be coaching the sugar bowl.

He is currently the assistant head coach, for what that's worth....and late in the recruiting season. Maybe they'll throw him in there for 1 season to stablize the team and then look else where.

look for them to approach Stoops, he was the DC at Florida before coming to Oklahoma. I also wouldn't rule out Gary Pinkel. Look for Tommy Tuberville to try to get involved
