I wonder why the PAC 10 would want Colorado? If Colorado went away, I'd like us to take Colorado State rather than BYU.
I found the comment more interesting.
When you think about it, ISU fits very well into a 16 team Big 10, especially if Mizzou and Nebby go. We wouldn't make a 12 or 14 team expansion, but we could make 16.
The thing is, with a 16 team conference, would you EVER play out of division teams?

With that kind of footprint, the commish could throw his weight around more with the networks plus start up his own conference network.
