I don't get the NCAA seeding at all

Wisconsin has 8 losses and an RPI of 20 and is a 4 seed. They are in the Big 10
Texas has 9 losses and an RPI of 28 and is an 8 seed. They are in the Big 12

How does that make sense?

Tom Izzo is their coach. That is the difference. They ar ejus a team you never count out. They play above their seed most every year and they are being rewarded.

Yeah I know. But you also have to look at it and see that the Big 12 is superior to the Big 10 this year. That has to favor for Texas too
