Gus Johnson is the best! I just love listening to him calling a game. If you can't get excited for a game listening to him then you don't have a pulse.

Agreed. He does a great job of setting the stage, isn't afraid to get excited, but is never out of control.

I mean, the whole point of sports is entertainment - to have fun. Johnson does a great job of helping with that, IMO.

A friend of mine made a comment about how Gus and Bill Raftery should announce the last 5 minutes of every game in the tournament regardless. Put them in a room on TVs and make it happen...

Last night was what I look forward to every March, a close, exciting game, with Gus Johnson commentating. I am now completely satisfied with the NCAA tournament for the year.
