I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes. -

I don't hate mid-majors...I just call BS on anyone that tries to imply that the level of play in the mid-major conferences is anywhere near the level of play in the power conferences...because it is not.
Sorry, but I'm going to choose to remain dubious on this one...at the very least, you completely lost it when dual ISU/UNI fans like myself were complaining about gettting too low of a seed after Selection Sunday a few weeks ago (which was borne out by UNI beating Kansas in the 2nd round).
Maybe you don't hate mid-majors, but by your own words written that day you hate the idea of UNI and Drake even being able to compete with ISU in basketball.

The fact that UNI beat KU does not validate anything other than there was a lightening strike on one night in the tournament.
I will be cheering for Butler tonight...which is probably a bad thing for them because about everyone I wanted to win has lost.

And yet both Drake and UNI have had a good degree of success against both Iowa and ISU in recent seasons.... The fact that UNI beat KU does not validate anything other than there was a lightening strike on one night in the tournament.
The NCAA committee did a good job of picking the right teams for the tournament but a horrible job of seeding the teams. Villanova a #2 seed? Please. Kansas should have been a #1 seed, no issue with that, but no way that a 28-4 team should have been a #9 seed, and a number of experts agree with that.
You are certainly entitled to your own opinions, but just because you hold those opinions doesn't automatically make them fact.
