Well if its michigan its: University of Michigan Home Field Chronology
1956- October 6--Michigan Stadium hosts over 100,000 people for the first time, as 101,001 see Michigan and Michigan State square off.
But the rose bowl site says they hit 100,000 in 1950 Historic Facts about the Rose Bowl Stadium -
