    Wow. Didn't see that one coming. Do you think he'll stay there or leave after 2-3 days like he did the last time he left Creighton?

    The Oregon job seems like it's been open for 6 months now. Hiring Dana can't fire up their fan base too much. I'd be disappointed if we hired him here.

    I thought it was probably a good idea to take a leap toward Smith or Anderson, even it meant they'd have to drop down a notch if they missed.

    I can't believe they would actually assume Izzo would go. It's good to set the bar high, but there's such a thing as being realistic.

    Altman will probably do OK, maybe not any better than Kent, though.

    As someone who also cheers for Creighton, I don't know what to think about this. I love Dana, but I would never have wanted him to take over at ISU if we fired Mac. I wouldn't be happy with this were I an Oregon fan.

    But I am happy for Dana. Oregon could be a very good job, and he's gonna be making a ton of money. Hard to blame him. And he doesn't have to deal with the hicks that scared him off in Arkansas.

    Now who does CU hire?

    Respect for the man really falls when he does something like this.

    I thought he'd be a lifer when Creighton took him back, too. This is a pretty sad way to treat a school that's obviously been awfully good to him.
