I think Forde is right in every case but one, and it changed after the article was written. The moving of Boise State to the MWC should go from "Winner" to "Draw" with Utah leaving. With Boise State, Utah, TCU, and BYU in the MWC, that league was dangerous and well-worthy of BCS AQ status. Without Utah, it's more of a sideways move for Boise from a non-AQ conference to a different non-AQ conference with little potential to become a AQ conference.
