ESPN, June 26 1:00-2:30 pm

Anyone attending?
Lisa looks like the two seed based on best times this year.
Also interesting is that most of the big name pro women that I recognize from women's distance running are entered in the 5K. (Flannigan, Rowbury, Barringer, Huddle). I think Lisa has a real shot to win it!
Re: 2010 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships
Lisa Finished second. Amy Begley won it on a STRONG 600M kick. Lisa ran great and we should all be extremely proud of here in her final run in an ISU uniform!!!

Second is an awesome finish for Lisa. If you think about it, it's like an amateur golfer coming out and getting second in his first PGA event. The woman who beat her has a TON of experience on her and to get second is amazing.

The attendance is not bad at all. You can't compare this to an event like the Drake Relays where there are a ton of high school athletes and college athletes from within driving distance.

And that the heat index is 100+ without a cloud in the sky. I don't know too many people who would willingly sit out in that (on metal bleachers, on concrete) for more than an hour.
