You sound like that db hawk fan that confronted the referee (or it may have been his family, or both. If I remember right, the guy didn't even have the stones to jaw at the ref - just his wife and kids) at the hotel in Florida after the offsides call on the kick-off that cost them the bowl game against Florida. He was real proud of himself and posted his exploits on HN.
While I'm not going to agree with the OP, nor would have I done that. But Clayborn saying they were the only team in the state still pisses me off. I would have likely said something about that.
Why would you even say something about that to Clayborn? 1st: I respect a guy for speaking his mind - I wish more athletes would. 2nd: these guys are under pressure when they are sitting down w/ reporters and they are only 18-22 y/o. 3rd: I don't know you personally, but I'd be willing to wager than Clayborn could kick your @**. Why start something? He didn't attack you personally. It would just make you look like an idiot.
