    1.) The Agronomy department would get unlimited funds with a specific emphasis on plant breeding. ISU hasn't really had a traditional corn breeder for years and the soybean breeder is retiring. Sorghum breeding is kind of all that's left and that program is like 5 years old. Sad.

    2.) Rebuild JTS from the ground up and move the Jacobson building. JTS would be a bowled in 2 decks with a press box across the entire west side. JTS would also have a red brick finish.
