-Joey Jorgensen from Slipknott (not in the last 10 years)
-Cory Weirson (anyone remember him? ISU lineman. Injuries kept him off the field)
-vmbplayer (yea I'm noteable)
-Alarson (only because he'll complain about not being on the list)
-Jake Knott
-Blum
Yep easily top 30-50.

Re: Cy's House of Trivia
What about Matt Nickel? He was in a magazine, that counts for something, right?
I can name a bunch of the early 2000 basketball and soccer players that I'm not allowed to like, for the most part.

Forgot about Nickel.

Who do you have for early 2000 basketball players???
Either way Blum has to be in the list of top 30 from that era

Re: Cy's House of Trivia
Last year, our first, I think we ended up in 5th place. We were happy. Now I see that there are prizes for the 1st six finishers. Meaning we'll come in dead last.
But by golly, I'll enjoy my "free" pizza and will drink back my registration fee.

And word to the wise: With 88 tables, at halftime, if you've got to answer nature's call, I'd hike up to the concourse. Not enough receptacles on the main floor. I almost missed the beginning of the 2nd half last year.

Either way Blum has to be in the list of top 30 from that era Mainly...Nickel, Tigges, Irvin (ripped our still beating hearts out of our chests in the opening district game in 2000--we had control of that...I was a benchwarmer at that time), McHose, Wierson, Book.
Blum's twin brother eagled the first hole at the Story City golf course when I played with him....more than Brent has ever done!

Re: Cy's House of Trivia
How did everyone do? We ended up 10th, so not too shabby. The last two rounds killed us, we overthought on the answers and missed some obvious ones. I'm okay with our placing, though, because I ended up winning the golden ticket fantasy prize package. Woo hoo!

Re: Cy's House of Trivia
One of our groups tables got 6th and I believe our table got 9th.
Another great evening for the event!

Re: Cy's House of Trivia
There were some mighty impressive beeramids all throughout Hilton last night. You should all be proud of yourselves, you went through all the beer just after halftime.
The race to the restrooms were comical between rounds.
