Think Pollard deserves a BIG raise?

Is there a better AD in the country? He has the two biggest up and coming coaches in American, pay the man ISU. I can't think of a university that is taking that next step more than ISU. And its all homegrown talent. Please Leath, pay the man. Oh and here's to you Perrault!

If he would have hired Fred the first time around, yes, I would agree with you.

Yeah, that and a lifetime contract for CFH. As if he really needs it.

Quite a few of the big donors I know have been talking about this(since the OSU football game)
Its not really up to them but with the dollar amounts they are talking....I think a
JP raise and extension are inevitable.

Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers.

Any hints of the Hilton renovations that were talked about a while ago coming back to light? I imagine it is still a after the SEZ thing.

Glad JP waited on CFH, the perfect storm of transfers came together for him. Hate the extra suckage we had to deal with, although I guess he might have been able to talk Stinson and Blaylock in to one more season, kept Taggart, and had a heck of a first season.

    Wouldn't have had Lutz though.

Pollard should have had a pay cut for hiring McDermott.

JP has certainly made the most of his 'mulligan' hires. Job well done.

I wont blame him too much for that. Every hire is a bit of a gamble, and hiring a guy who's taken a program to the tourney multiple times is a pretty good hand to bet on. Of course, good bets dont always turn out.

To be honest...most of what I know and hear has to do with football(obviously).
The SEZ is very important to the donars that matter. A JP extention has now become more important.
I am confident that the Hilton renovations are still being considered and have likely moved up in the pecking order. It just takes time and money. We dont have as many or as big of donars as some schools that do things as fast as most fans would like.
    Winning BB games sure helps!
