Increase in ISU fans

I live in Waterloo, go to UNI daily and I have noticed a increase in people wearing ISU gear, or driving by homes with ISU flags, or ISU mail boxes. I have seen 5 kids on campus with ISU clothing on today alone. That would of never happened last year. Anyone else experienced this elsewhere?

That's good news. Maybe the UNI students will switch from Hawkeye fans to Cyclone fans.

I think their is an increase in fans, but I think more and more people are starting to don Iowa State gear. Which is partially due to the job that the AD has done, as well as the play on the field.

They have probably always been fans, there is just a higher amount of pride than ever before.... I believe that Fred and CPR will take their programs to whole new levels.... I love that feeling!!!!

I live in the Quad Cities and have noticed this as well. Seems like more ISU vanity plates as well.

I live in Dubuque, and when I went to Walmart a few weeks back I noticed about 3 people wearing ISU gear. My girlfriend even noticed that as well.

I noticed this in Des Moines as well. I usually see 50/50 Iowa to ISU fans, but recently there have been a lot more for ISU.

ISU has given people more to cheer about this past sporting season. When you do that, you will have more fans.

Yes, but walmarts dress code at least makes it so we dont have to look at hawkeye gear while shopping there.
