November 23rd - FBall or BBall?

So I’m thinking of going to Vegas for the basketball tournament, but I’d also REALLY like to be watching our Football game versus WVU (on TV). Anyone know what the chances are of the BBall and Fball teams playing at the same time? I know Cyclones.com is still calling it TBA, but is there any prior history of what time these tournament games are played?

Football starts at 12:30 Vegas time. Basketball is at 3:30 Vegas time.

The Thomas and Mack Center is about a mile from the MGM Grand, Excalibur, NYNY, etc. Watch football in one of the sports books, and then bust it over to the arena.

No matter what, football would be my first priority. End of the season, too long to wait to see the Cyclones play again. Possibly a season deciding game as to weather or not we get a bowl game, what kind of bowl game. Chance of a couch spontaneously combusting on the field has to be high. (there should actually be a trophy for this)

BBall just starting, lot of games to catch that will mean more to the over all season.

If the football team is 4-7 going into the WVU game, give me the Cincinnati game.

Thanks... This begs the next question then.

Whose going to host the tailgate at the arena and have our football game on in the parking lots before we go in to see us beat Cinci?

Even more reason to go to the football game if we aren't playing for a bowl. Last game ever for all of our seniors, and the last football game for more than nine months until September 2013.
