I'm curious to see how traffic will be on game days. Brooklynites love their cars, so despite this being immediately adjacent to the main train hub in Brooklyn, I'm sure it'll be crazy. I used to live pretty close to this, and it's pretty cool seeing this guy get built in a place that'll be super accessible for normal NY fans. I'd definitely had gone to a few games if I still lived there. (Might have converted me to an NBA fan). Black and white jerseys are sweet. Teal and purple are way overused in the NBA.
As for the Cor-Ten, awesome. I'm sure it's a play on the defunct rail yard that this thing got built over. It's gritty, and looks awesome. I am curious as to how they dealt with the rust seepage though. Scarpa used to channel the rust as part of the architecture, which was pretty sweet. Hopefully they put a detail in to deal with it.
