Big & Rich coming to VEISHEA!!!

I must say I would have been happier if they had been at VEISHEA a year or two ago...but can't complain, Country is not my favorite genre of music, but at least they throw a good show.

Don't knock B&R until you see them in concert. They aren't your typical country duo and they really haven't been completely "accepted" by the country audience either because they tend to play some rocked up country. Not only do they put on a great show but they are very dynamic/versatile in what kind of songs they can do. They can really get rocked up then slow down into a traditional country sounding ballad too. Probably why they are my favorites right now, no one has a sound like they do if you've ever listened to their albums. This is their latest single and a taste of what their concerts are sort of like:

Love Big and Rich. Don't know about Cowboy Troy, but I will be rocked so I will probably love him too. If the ISU card policy is true it is a good thing I still have 2 of them.

I was really hoping that we would get some good bands...but Eve 6 and Big and Rich were the best we could come up with apparently...kinda dissappointing
