Eye on the Goal - the next big step

I can't find the link to the ISU goals, but, I recall the top two indicators are five conference championships in five years and every team in the top half. So far, wrestling has two championships. WBB is showing potential for another within the time frame. Gymnastics has been disappointing and has lost ground - lost by almost 2 points to NU - I don't know enough to know if we have ingredients in place or not. VB, SB, T&F, and CC are all improving - some faster than others, but, the top half seems far away in track despite a national quality performer like Koll (KUDOS to her). The headliners that most care more about - MBB and FB - I don't know.

Funny thing. At work, they are moving me more and more into the field of "Management Controls", and this post reminded me of setting metrics and a plan to achieve them.

Five championships in five years? I'd like to see the action plan on that.

It's called 5 wrestling championships in 5 years. Hail Cael.
