Credits: 278,266 | Lisa Koll takes 2nd in NCAA 5K
Lisa is just a sophomore and is the first All-American in the 5k in ISU history. She will run the 3000 Meters later tonight.
Anyway, to Lisa (also the Big12 champ at 5K)...

Well, that made me check on that because she did run in the fall of 2005 at some cross country meets but maybe she ran unattached and redshirted that year.
