First off, there is a LOT of good stuff down at the ISU store in the Varied Industries building.
I don't consider myself very clever but I really enjoyed this moment. While MrsWx, the kids and I were there getting our Cy heads, a couple of Iowa fans walked by and in true UI fashion started mouthing off about ISU.
I told them that if they hurried to the Hawk store, they were giving away free rape cover up kits with any purchase. They didn't like me very much, but they shut up.

BTW, the ISU part in the Varied Industries Building is MUCH better than Iowa's and UNI's. I was with UI and UNI grads so we had to go through each one, and everyone agreed that ISU's had more things to buy as well as a cooler display.

If you pay attention, there are many, MANY more people wearing ISU garb than EIU apparel.
I've noticed this for the past few years now out at the fair.

I went through it tonight and there was a lot of great stuff. Lots of great new logo merch that I hadn't seen yet. Most importantly, they have the new jerseys for those that haven't picked one up.
I also saw another flag, but it still had a yellow strip on the left side. I'm still waiting for my solid red background flag!

I've noticed this for the past few years now out at the fair. That is one of the things I noticed since moving back to Iowa in 2003. I left in 1997, and by the time I got back, you sure did see a lot more ISU stuff, at least it seems that way.
