Re: Bud Light likes Iowa State?
Where did the whole cooler thing come from anyway??? I've known about the cans for some time, but just heard of that today.

Re: Bud Light likes Iowa State?
Ok after doing some recon in Ames, I'm sorry to say that I was unable to find the coveted Bud Light Cardinal and Gold cooler. I was actually quite disappointed with the tailgating/ISU displays in all the stores I visited other then West Hy Vee.
For those of you looking for the cans still for tommorow, this is what I found:
Wal-Mart on Grand - none
Cub Foods - about 30 cases split between the shelves and the cold room
East Hy-Vee - none
Cyclone Liquors - none
Target - none
Super Wal-Mart (Duff) - none
West Hy-Vee - none
Hy-Vee Wine and Spirits - none
Kum & Go (Lincoln Way and South Dakota) - about 90-100 cases
I'd guess the other Kum & Go on South Dakota near HWY 30 probably has some cans left as well, as the last time I was in there they probably had around 200 cases.

Re: Bud Light likes Iowa State?
I found the coolers at a tiny Hy-vee in Eldora last weekend while I was at pine lake camping. It seemed odd that I'd never seen any in Ames or Des Moines. I may have a few left if your willing to fight over them, pm me.

Re: Bud Light likes Iowa State?
Just bought some at Jordan Creek Hy-Vee. The guy in the liquor department told me that everyone is on their last cases of the special cans. They got a pallet last night with 70 cases and they only have 30 or so left. He said they will be gone today, so no more cans.
He also mentioned that ISU sales were triple what Iowa sales were...
