My dad recently ordered me ISU plates for my new car last week...today he got in the mail that they processed it and issued it but it doesn't say when they will mail it.
From previous experiences, when can I expect to receive the plates and what are they shipped in?

mine took about 6 weeks. The wifes only took three. Not sure what the difference was.

They will come in a brown envelope and take 3-5 weeks is what I have experienced.

I got a letter about 4 weeks later saying they were ready for pickup in Nevada and it told me my winning combo. I also had to surrender the old ones. They print off a new registration tag at the time you pick them up also.
The ladies laughed and told me they loved them when they took them out the brown envelope.
