There is absolutely no excuse for Hilton to not be full on Saturday following tonight's match, and the football game on Saturday. We have the best tailgating in the Country, the weather will be awesome, and the Cyclone Spikers deserve your support! So crack open another beer after our victory against Oklahoma State at Jack Trice Stadium and make the trek to Hilton Coliseum at 8pm to cheer on your #8 ranked Iowa State Cyclone Volleyball team! Hilton Magic is not just for basketball anymore.... Go Cyclones!!

Hmmmm..... Cyclones, Huskers, or Sooners.... you'll get 2 of the 3 if you go to the Volleyball game... and one of them (the most important one) is the CYCLONES.

only reason i wouldnt make it is if i dont get out of drill in time other wise im planning on being there.. i gurantee tonite just made alot more people want to buy season tickets next year

Just got in from celebrating the big W..

Hold **** man. Not sure the heart has started a regular beat yet.... What a match. If you would've told me just a few years ago that ISU volleyball would take down NU in Lincoln and Texas at home, I would've laughed in your face without hesitation.

What a win and season. A big crowd with a win on Saturday puts the final stamp on the announcement of a new power in Big XII volleyball.

Said it a dozen times over. ISU fans *****, cry and whine for a winner. We got one and these ladies prove over and over it's no fluke. Get out there an support it!

I've been to many a big football game. NU in '02. Iowa in '05. Basketball - Texas and OSU in '00. Countless others. Tonights match and atmosphere in no way pales in comparison to those.

Get to Hilton on Saturday... I guarantee you won't regret it.

I can't say it any better than DaddyMac did, and I'm not convinced words can do this team justice anyway. That was just... incredible. Amazing. We beat Texas. And you know the crazy thing? That almost wasn't even an upset- we are that good. That was an amazing team beating another amazing team. An upset is a fluke- an accident, something that wasn't supposed to happen and probably wouldn't happen again. This team is not that, and their ranking and record proves it.

We are 20-3 (12-2). We face Nebraska at home on Saturday after already beating them on the road. Then all that's left are road games against TAMU and Kansas State, home against Kansas, and road against Missouri. We've already beaten all of them 3-0 this season. We end with a home match against Oklahoma, who we beat 3-1 on the road already. That's IT. If we smack the Huskers again this weekend, we can conceivably run the table, ending the regular season 26-3 (18-2)... How's THAT for a new order of power?

Folks, there will probably be a state-record crowd in Hilton on Saturday, but it won't be all Cyclones like tonight was. If you've never seen it, know that Husker volleyball fans travel in the THOUSANDS to away games. There WILL be tons of Huskers there- we just need to make sure there's MORE Cyclones. Bring all your friends, your families, the people sitting near you in your section at Jack Trice, people you walk past in the tailgating lots... Bring EVERYONE. We need that place packed and rockin' to drown out those mouthbreathing Cornholers.
