That is what they are saying on the Iowa boards. Don't know if this is true or not but it would put an end to the Iowa State vs. Auburn game that some were hoping for.

The farther away we get from Chiz, the better we are.

Well one of those 7-5 teams from the SEC was gonna end up there. I guess with Auburn's showing against Alabama, they are as good a choice as anyone.

I'm confused on why you'd say this, wouldn't beating an Auburn team (who almost took out Alabama) be great for the program?

And yes, I am completely behind the new staff and could care less about Chizic, but i would love to play a quality team like Auburn.

Im a little surprised it was not Tennessee or Georgia given they have better conference records. But of course, records mean nothing when it comes to $$$
