Personally, I like the evening games...as long as their not the 11:00 am games I really don't care.

Oh, this should be fun to watch...grab some popcorn and grab a seat.

I'm surprised more people enjoyed the 11am games compared to 6pm. But a lot of people have kids so it's understandable.

I'm encouraged people like the Thursday night opener. That's a great thing for us.

I'd like to see the difference in those numbers if we would have had a losing season. As it is, people seem happy with everything. Well, besides the concession stands.

Id like to see the breakdown on regular\student tickets on that thursday night game question. if all students (who order individually) got the survey, and then just those who purchased season tickets (which are usually purchased in multiples) got one (for the person who ordered) those results could be skewed.

Personally I'd like to see us get a Thursday night road game. That way we'd actually get to see us on tv!

However, I realize that is out of our control.

I enjoy them, and voted as such. Of course, I have no problem taking Thursday afternoon off to tailgate. Hopefully we can start getting them on ESPN. The last few seasons we have been in one of the first games of the college football season, and no one outside of Iowa saw it!

Man, I wish it was Thursday September 2nd right now!

When are we supposed to play if we can't at 11, the afternoon, or the evening?

Thats a damn good question. I dont think ive known *anyone* who liked the 11am timeslot.

6:00 games make a late night if you have to travel very far and if you have young kids makes it harder.

I see they sorta brushed over the fact that most like a mid afternoon game.

I think that most times, that 11am game is for TV and ISU doesn't have a choice. I don't see that as a reason to be DONE. Now, if the game isn't televised and they choose 11:30, then I'll be upset. That totally screws tailgating. I like the Thursday game right off the bat and a couple of night games early on. After that, I prefer afternoon.

um. totally agree with kingcy. they ABSOLUTELY brushed over the fact that afternoon games were VASTLY preferred over 11am (gawd awful, though you're damned straight i'm there @ 5a.m.!) and 6pm.

Why? Because we'll get rocked by networks and whoever else loves 11a.m. games for the Cyclones. Yack.

and i'm sorry to be Johnny Raincloud here - but don't we always do Thursday games in hopes of getting on TV...only to not get picked up. And then stuck with a non-televised Thursday night game. Which is, like, um, the worst case scenario. Way worser than Saturday @ 11a.m.

As a corollary....
