    I will not renew my fball tickets if they pulled something like that. I'll probably still buy a pair of $99 tickets, as I live in Ames and it is a cheap night out with the wife, but Hilton is going to be an embarrassment next year.

    It could be used as punishment for inmates in Iowa prisons that have behavior issues. They could be chained to courtside seats and have their eyelids stapled open so they are forced to watch.

    I didn't think that one through. The law protects these people from cruel and unusual punishment. Dang it.

    Per NCAA rules they are not allowed to sell beer at the games since Hilton is on campus. I don't think that rule covers giving it away. Buy a season ticket and get free beer (all you can drink) at every home game. This could work.

Does Pollard have press conferences to rip on the CEO of Principal for the poor stock performance they had a year back? No. Think before you drink.

    I would quit season tickets to the football games if this was forced upon me. Right now, I don't want any association with the mens basketball program. I'll still support them from afar, but until things get turned around, my butt will not be seen in Hilton. I'll just get individual tickets to each football game off of ebay or some other place.

    This makes me think of the guest that was on the Dan Patrick Show this morning. The guest (can't recall his name) is a radio host on KFAN in Minneapolis. He was on the DP Show this morning to talk Vikings/Favre and the opening of Target Field. He went on to tell a story about someone he knew joined a gym membership, and a couple weeks later got lower bowl season tickets to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the mail for joining the gym.
