    Iowa State Night at Principal Park

    Just saw on Cyclones.com that Thursday, June 24 is Iowa State Night at Principle Park. Rhoads, Hoiberg and Fennelly are throwing out the first pitches at 6:45 with game time listed at 7:05. Tickets for NCC, Letterwinners Club, ISU Alumni and Student Alumni Association members are $6. Fireworks following the game. The I-Cubs are playing the Omaha Royals.

    Supposed to be Fennelly, CPR and Grayer tossing out the opening pitches. Then fireworks after the game.

    Have no idea if they coaches will stick around or if anything else is going on.

    Just got home, I-Cubs win 5-4. Unfortunately I missed the first pitch(es). I asked the guy next to me about it (sitting among many ISU fans) and he said Rhoads was good, Grayer is definitely a basketball player , and BF had a nice pitch as well. They announced Iowa State among the groups attending, and I believe they announced Craig getting drafted between innings shortly after it happened. I was talking to someone at the time, but pretty sure I heard it right.
