I've seen Chip Brown's recap posted and tweeted a few times today, and I really struggle to see why fans and the media at large takes everything he says at face value. Granted, he beat a lot of people on the story, but that's because he is a puppet for DeLoss Dodds. Isn't this obvious by now?
I mean, seriously, in all the reporting he's done, has Texas EVER, EVER, EVER come out looking bad?
The five schools who appeared to be the pall bearers for the Big 12 - Missouri, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State and Baylor - make a commitment to hand over their share of the $35 million to $40 million in penalties to be paid by Nebraska and Colorado to Texas, Oklahoma and Texas A&M.
I thought JP refuted this at the presser yesterday? I thought it was the revenue that would be going to NU and CU that was offered to the big three to stay, not penalty money?
