    Weaning ourselves off the state will be a great offshoot of the new TV deal and I can't wait. Absolutely no reason we should be taking state money.

    You're correct...football is a "no brainer"...the SEC is dominant.

    However, you are totally wrong about MBB...just look at the last 20 years...the SEC has 5 MBB National Champions...the Big 10 only 1 and that was all the way back in 2000.

    I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.
