Could an ISU Network start on Hulu?

If I'm not mistaken, the new television agreement for the Big 12-2 was the ability to create your own network and be able to show the games that TV can't pick up. That's why Texas stayed.

And when was the last time a Texas football game didn't find TV exactly?

Big 12 football games will all more than likely see TV in the future. We have 5 spots for 6 games right now. I'm guessing it'll be 5 spots for 5 games in the future.

And Iowa State has a hard time even getting on radio in parts of the state, due in part to a lack of local sponsors. Yet all of a sudden they'll be climbing over each other to buy ad time on Hulu? Doubtful.

There are sponsors for every terrible movie on Hulu already. It might be easier than you think..

Exactly which football games would be on live? Only the ones that are currently allowed to be live on Clone Zone...so, roughly none of them.

This. For atleast several more years, there is no hope of individual networks

Profitable? I highly doubt it, or everyone would be doing it already.

At some point, if they were even close to breaking even, there could be something to be said for getting better publicity, keeping Alumni interested in Cyclone Athletics, ect.

But then you get into all the debate about are people going to come to games vs staying home in November to watch it on TV. You'll get that with any network though
