Is iowa using a Wilson ball today to get ready for the tournament?
I've posted a lot of dumb stuff over the years but being nervous about the 2023 CyHawk men's game is certainly on my Mt. Rushmore of dumb posts.
They mentioned during the broadcast that Iowa allows the most points in the paint of ALL P5 teams. Wow, they are soft.
Watching our game and seeing bits of today and Purdue, their interior defense is somehow worse than recent years. Quite the feat.
I'm always happy when Iowa loses, but the fact that we are undoubtedly watching the beginning of the end of the Mad Fran Era is kind of depressing.
I can't see how anyone would want to play for that clown, but I hope he never leaves.
Seeing BRE and King have to work for buckets today against PVM was an eye opener for sure.
The most obvious charge call you could see in today’s game and he got tossed for it. He has some serious issues.

After the pitiful showing in Orlando I think anyone could have cause for concern. Hopefully that version of ISU stayed in Orlando.
Wisconsin in 2014 was the moment I knew it would never happen under Fran at Iowa- never win anything meaningful. They were rolling that night and were up 8 or 9 IIRC when he bumped the official to get tossed. He went absolutely ballistic in a game they were in control and awoke the Kohl Center demons and the rest was history. And sure as s#%t other than a watered down Big 10 tourney title a couple of years ago, what has he produced of any significance?
