Wanted to tell you I admired the way you dealt with @alarson in the nutrition thread. He's a very intelligent poster, but not really accepting of others' opinions. You took the high road when he started using profanity - I was glad you didn't stoop to that level.

For the record, I like your posts and admire your intellect. I have discovered that keeping a cool head when involved in political discussion(s) tends to really piss off the opposition. Sorry you got banned for speaking the truth!
