    Exactly what I was going to comment, is he talking about Underwhere? That place seemed like a cool idea, bar in the basement, but it really smelled bad most of the time. The band played in had a show there one summer, low ceilings, sound wasn't the greatest. Better than sitting at home though.

    early 90's here.... M-shop + outdoor FAC w/ bands, close to campus for the end of the week, my first legal beer was at the MShop with their free popcorn after class Dugan's Deli - close to the design building, my gf at the time worked there , so sometimes the drinks were very inexpensive...

    those are some striking dunk stats. It felt like Ward was doing nothing but dunking especially in the last 1/2 of the year. So Kyle had way more than double the dunks Ward had. Wow.

    So if we somehow pull in Kyle as well as Hadley you have to start wondering who will be starting next fall? would it be Lipsey / Gilbert / Milan / Kyle / Jackson with CJones / Heise / Hadley / Watson / JT Rock as subs? That seems like a really deep team. Would Hadley come off the bench...

    It is an odd thing to kind of hedge on wanting a team from our state to have great success. I know we are supposed to hate anything hawkeye, but I don't really feel that way. It is more about the individual players. Most of us just think C Clark is a selfish whiner, all be it immensely...

    I think Clark flops, and over acts every time anyone touches her. Not sure that the rest of the iowa players do that.
