    Gas carts are definitely more prevalent in the Midwest compared to other regions. I was just in Vegas for a bachelor party and we played three different courses. Electric carts only on all three.

    I play a lot of golf and would say the split between gas and electric is about 50/50 at the courses I play. The nicer courses are almost all electric.
