    Ranch Mañana is a great choice if you are up north. You cannot go wrong with Troon. I would definitely try the golfnow website. From mid May to the end of June Phoenix is the biggest golfing bargain in the country. Prices go down to dirt cheap but it is still beautiful weather.

    I agree with this plan. I sold two high mileage Hondas on Craigslist for 3 times what the dealer offered. I went overboard explaining the issues each had to prospective buyers. People who call on high mileage cars generally understand they are accepting risk but I didn't want lack of disclosure...
