    Farm Policy? I am guessing many farm buildings being insured at ACV instead of replacement cost. Fixing Cosmetic damages on roofs is really a big reason the Home Insrance market in Iowa is where it is today. Many changes regards to insuring roofs being made by companies right now.

    I echo Chadly82, find and agent that can do the Universal Home and Progressive Auto. I am biased but I would choose an agent with a Progressive Policy, don't go Progressive Direct. That West Bend increase is in line maybe a little lower than some clients of mine I have seen.

    So great job by the coach but I hate him and he won't succeed? Is that about it. Sky did not fall last year, sky did not fall this year and yet you still talk down the coach whenever you can.

    I went in 2018 and the had a booster package thru ISU. This time the prices was much higher. Want to say it was also a 5 night package I think we had a 4 night last time. Is a great experience, had a blast. Not doing it this time though.

    Right now tickets are only available with buying a travel package. If tickets only go on sale they will be later this summer. With the teams in this coming year I expect little to no tickets only will be available. Who knows.

    Tickets will not be easy to come by if you do not have them before you go. Scarce and expensive. If I were going that far I would want tickets in hand. Only way to get them now is buy a Team package thru Iowa State or an All Tourney Pass thru Maui Invitational. Good luck.

    I am seeing most carries go to Deductibles higher than $1000 on wind and hail losses. I think a Depreciated Roof Schedule is coming for most carriers soon. Many roofers will soon be put of business in Iowa. Cosmetic roof damage also will not be covered, which in many ways makes sense.

    Fine if she scores less and we win more. Less points does not mean she is not improved maybe the team around her got better.

    Me also, Universal has been a nice new option for us, mostly using Progressive for auto. Although Universal has some weird underwriting things also. Also been using AAA lately again.

    Not always. One new requirement is the roof has to be 5 years or newer, or yes auto pre bind home inspection. Some quotes with roofs new within 5 years can be written without inspection. Just FYI.

    It is not my goto, but always add the Platinum package if I do write one. But night and day different than the Homesite product.

    Progressive offers 2 home products, Homesite which I would not touch with a 10ft pole and some agents have access to ASI or Progressive Home, that is a much better product. ASI is only offered thru the agent network, not online.
