So it will increase the danger of secondhand smoke to someone who already is exposed to firsthand smoke? Does that mean it will just kill off smokers faster? Sounds good to me.- mjlane

Football Season Tickets Split
The first person would get credit for their donation amount and ticket purchase, the second would only get credit for their donation amount. This would be a pretty worthless setup, BTW. If there are two of you that are donating and splitting tickets, you might as well just donate at the same... -

I agree. The Huskers have some decent players on the DL, but absolutely nothing at LB. I think they are just looking for warm bodies to fill holes on defense. I know Husker fans here were raving about one of their LB recruits, but these are probably the same fans who thought Steve Octavian...- mjlane

Heard on the radio here in Omaha earlier this week that Cody Glen is moving from RB to LB for the Huskers. Not really much of a surprise since Castille and Lucky are both better and will get the majority of the touches. No single-game tickets for Huskers at ISU
If I got to my seat and discovered a Husker fan sitting in it with a hillside ticket, things would get ugly in a hurry. Too many cheap ISU fans already do the same thing, please don't encourage the visiting fans to do it too. IMO, the sooner we eliminate hillside seating altogether, the better. -

Getting back to Iowa!
You might want to check that cheaper property taxes statement. My best friend from college lives in Houston and has a house worth roughly what our house in Johnston was worth, but his taxes are 2 1/2 times what ours were. They're going to make up for the loss of income tax somewhere.
